This spacious, detached seaside house commands wonderful views over wooded cliffs and across the bay to the Isle of Portland and the Purbeck Hills. Just forty metres along the road from the house a footpath leads down to the beautiful Castle Cove sandy beach. This safe beach is popular for bathing and sailing. The house is about a mile from Weymouth Town Centre. Weymouth is also centrally placed for touring the World Heritage �Jurassic Coast� of South Dorset. The property has two driveways giving off road parking for four cars or parking for visitor�s boats. The small gardens are attractively landscaped to provide a choice of seating areas. A special feature of the property is the open plan seating area on the first floor with doors opening out on to a spacious balcony. Two bedrooms also have doors to smaller balconies and all bedrooms enjoy some sea views. Ground Floor Steps lead up to an entrance conservatory with sea views, terracotta tiled floor and seating and access to the entrance hall.
