This three-storey townhouse is a listed building dating from 1850. Kelston House is a perfect venue for family celebrations. It is less than one hundred metres from Weymouth's magnificent beach. The station for main line trains to Waterloo is a quarter of a mile away. The Town Centre is half a mile away along the seafront. Weymouth also boasts an attractive, bustling harbour with working fishing boats, leisure boats and quay side pubs and restaurants.

Ground floor There is a large dining room with coal effect gas fire and a newly fitted and well-equipped kitchen with range style cooker. There is a bedroom with en-suite shower room and another cloakroom with shower. There is a cosy lounge with TV. A door gives access to the small enclosed rear garden with patio, BBQ and patio furniture.

First floor The main lounge is on the first floor with gas coal effect fire, TV, DVD & Video. Also on the first floor there is a bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further bath room with WC & shower plus separate WC.

Second floor There are four bedrooms one with en-suite shower room and one with its own cloakroom/WC. All bedrooms accommodate two persons, three having double beds and three having twin beds. All bedrooms have TVs.

Electricity and gas central heating included. Permits provided for street parking for three cars. Two TVs, two Videos, DVD plus TVs in all bedrooms. Radio/Cassette/CD. Auto Washer/ Dryer. Microwave. Oven, Range style gas cooker. Dishwasher. Fridge/Freezer. Cot. Highchair. Duvets with linen and towels. No pets.

Under 100 metres from lovely beach. Close to town centre and all amenities. Spacious house with lots of showers.
WORST POINTS
Permit parking only (three available) Main lounge on first floor. Small courtyard garden. Unsuitable for pets.
