The courtyard barn spans three sides of what was once the original farmyard. It has been converted to provide spacious and light accommodation with all the modern comforts for a relaxing holiday at any season of the year. The very large kitchen and combined dining room and lounge provide a wonderful space for celebrations. It is also ideal for visitors with restricted mobility as all rooms are on ground level.

Ground Floor The main living/dining room has large windows looking onto the landscaped courtyard, a wood burning stove and beamed and vaulted ceiling. There is a sofa bed for plus 1 or a folding bed can be provided if preferred. The kitchen is large and well equipped with modern fitted units, range style gas cooker, American style fridge/freezer, a beamed and vaulted ceiling and French doors opening onto a patio.
The largest double bedroom has a 5-foot bed and en-suite bathroom/WC. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room/WC, a single bedded room with en-suite shower room/WC. A double bedded room and a twin bedroom and separate shower room/WC. All bedrooms have TVs.

Elec.and full gas CH included. Initial supply of logs provided then available locally. Parking for several cars. 6 Colour TVs. Washer/dryer. Range style gas cooker, Microwave. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Cot. Highchair. Video, Radio/cassette/CD player. Sofa bed (for +1). Enclosed garden with patio. Pets. Easy walking access.
