All properties are very different so each is individually described and photographed. All have full gas central heating and there is no additional charge for gas or electricity. Many properties have open fires and where that is detailed in the description we provide an initial supply of fuel. Our properties are cleaned to a high standard and on arrival you will find all beds made up ready for your use. We also provide two towels for each guest. A few basics are provided for your arrival - courtesy soaps, toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets (if appropriate).
Remember that it is self catering so we do not provide such basics for the whole of your stay.

Each property states the number of persons that it can accommodate. Some properties are also described as being suitable for “+1”. You need to refer to the detailed description of each property but this is normally where an additional person can be accommodated such as on a bed settee in the living area. But remember that the accommodation provides a comfortable home for the number of persons first stated in the description. The “+1” can mean a small compromise of comfort in return for accommodating an additional person. For babies we can provide cots, highchairs and stair gates.
